On November 15, 2011, the MO Supreme court upheld Senate Bill 586, a law which placed severe restrictions on gentlemen's clubs and other adult-oriented business.  This is now Missouri law, and there are some facts you should know. The battle to overturn the unconstitutional regulations MO has enacted on gentlemen's clubs continues. We finally have our Supreme Court date: September 7, 2011 at 9:30 AM in the Supreme Court Building in Jefferson City. The courts will hear oral arguments, but they are limiting them to 15 minutes for each side.
