On November 15, 2011, the MO Supreme court upheld Senate Bill 586, a law which placed severe restrictions on gentlemen's clubs and other adult-oriented business.  This is now Missouri law, and there are some facts you should know. FACT:  This is a Big Government law that takes away YOUR rights. The battle to overturn the unconstitutional regulations MO has enacted on gentlemen's clubs continues. We finally have our Supreme Court date: September 7, 2011 at 9:30 AM in the Supreme Court Building in Jefferson City. The courts will hear oral arguments, but they are limiting them to 15 minutes for each side.
